Nails I Love - Glitter Gal DARK PURPLE

Nails I Love

GLITTER GAL – Dark Purple
 .
Aka Glitter and holo and purple – Oh My!

Hello Goddesses!  Well, they blogged, I gasped, I purchased.  And for the last 2 days I have been proudly staring at the first of my Glitter Gals, Dark Purple.

You may remember me posting a photo of the entire sisterhood which arrived on Tuesday – officially the most exciting nail mail ever.

Christina at Let Them Have Polish – I showed my 8 yr old daughter Beth the first video of Muffin choosing your polish and she promptly had a re-enactment and chose this beauty as the first one to try J  (and I’ll be trying at least 1 a week til they’re all done.)

So, dark purple.  Actually, not as dark as I was expecting (I thought it would be closer to Color Club’s Wild At Heart) but .. oh my.  She’s so preeeeeetty.  This is simply dazzling.

More dark fuschia than purple, this is a magenta violet lovefest with galaxies of light and pixie dust.  The 3D effect is quite amazing – the colour looks very deep – and the holo is quite spectacular.

This is one of those nail varnishes that makes you feel beautiful and blessed just by being able to wear it.  It drew oooohs and aaaahs from all my friends, and I was often spotted staring at it, hypnotised, ridiculously gaga!  The intensity of this is utterly mesmerising.

Lol, this is one of the really pretty babies, such a keeper.  The colour is pristine, sharp and rich and the holo is just to die for, and as you'd expect, different lighting brings out different facets of the colour and the holo.

The bottle IS extremely dinky.  Apparently they’re 9ml, but they feel really really teeny.

This is a perfect party polish, or a perfect “dammit, I’m going to feel happy today” polish.  And for once, I’m going to let the Goddess do the rest of the talking …..  enjoy J

Oh, PS, I bought these from Leah Ann Rowe's eBay shop xx

Top Tip – if you’re ever unsure what a nail colour looks like, go to Google images, which will give you plenty of contrasts and compares.
