Hi Goddesses
When I had my blog sale, one of the things I used some of the money for was to treat myself to some nail art goodies. I've never used studs or beads or pure glitter or caviar, and I wanted to experiment a little.
This post is going to enlighten you as to my shopping "style". Lol. I can't ever just buy one thing. So I bought a few variations. Then saw something else and checked out what that seller had. Bought it, and forgot I'd already bought the same from someone else. Bid on another item, then see it at a Buy It Now price. Buy it. Then win auction. Yeh, I have issues.
So here is what I ended up with - one massive box of playtime, all of it super dirt cheap. Some of the nail wheels were $1 each, and some sets of 12 were $2. Just one of the reasons eBay is awesome.
Here we go!
First - Caviar !!!
FIMO Shapes
Glittery stuff
Silver and Gold
Beads
And finally some really fine nail art brushes
I get asked a lot of questions about how I find things on eBay. To me, there is no mystery about it, but it's possible I've forgotten that I know one or two tricks that not everybody does.
So, to search for all this stuff, I typed NAIL ART into eBay. This brings up thousands of items. At this point you have 2 choices in how you narrow down your search.
If all I wanted to search for was Fimo, I would type NAIL ART FIMO. This then brings up only the items that have fimo in the title.
Nail art is a broad category. Let's say I don't know what I want, but I know what I DON'T want - this is how you exclude them from the search. You need to use the - button on your key pad.
Let's say I want to search for nail art, but not caviar, not display wheels, and not fimo. My search would look like this -
NAIL ART -FIMO -CAVIAR -DISPLAY
Once I've got the list of what I want to look at, I always sort it into either Buy It Now or "lowest price + postage first". Sometimes, you can pick up great bargains by sorting it into "ending soonest first".
I hope that helps!
Enjoy xx :)
