Hi Goddesses
As I'm in 2 challenges this week, I have 2 posts to share tonight. They are actually linked too, which is kind of neat.
I did this mani as a base and just utterly, utterly loved it. I also love how so many of you love it when I do something that is easy, but looks great, so here's a super messy but magical splodgerama you can create yourselves.
The initial mission here was to just use 3 untrieds lol. All 3 are OPI - The Spy Who Loved Me, Magnifico Mexico and Orange You Glad It's Summer.
I painted my nails, so that 2 fingers had 1 colour on them, 2 had another and the middle finger just had the orange. When it was dry, I then added loose short strokes in the other 2 colours, also taking care to alternate the colour order.
The closest way I can describe my stroke pattern is that it looked like half a plait! Short, occasional, diagonal strokes, with a little overlap, emphasis on the random.
I utterly love this mani, and you'll get to see later how it looked when I stamped over it. Because the colours (especially The Spy Who Loved Me) are sooooo vibrant, the camera had a bit of a wobbly - suffice to say this looked even more luscious and lickable in real life :)
