Review - New Brand - BONDI - Strawberry Fields

Hi Goddesses

Over the last few weeks, you may have started to see a brand called Bondi around the blogosphere.  It's a new brand which is carried by Harlow & Co and which is also available on its own website, HERE.  I was sent a bottle for review, and here she is :)

I deliberately chose Strawberry Fields because I don't have a colour exactly like this in my stash.  I thought she looked happy and summery and cheerful - and she is!

Brandwise, Bondi New York is a collection of 20 fashion forward colors which are free from formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, DBP and toluene, making it 5-free. The collection has been formulated to be long lasting and chip resistant.  Even better, 100% of the net profit (after costs) is donated to their non-profit charity which makes grants to organizations like Food Bank for New York City.

This went on effortlessly.  The brush is what I would call "normal", so not as wide as an OPI and not as thin as a Zoya.  The bottle is lovely - beautifully square for storage :) and it LOOKS classy too.

Strawberry Fields then ... I'm gonna be honest, I have NO idea what colour to call this lol.  She's a soft red-burnt orange-sort of pink kind of deal, and she really is lovely and cheerful.  Bright, but not obnoxious.   Colourful, but with a subdued quality.   Tangy, but not too zany.

I also used her as the base for my Poppies mani, which you can see here.   Art-wise, she'll be fab, as she bridges a lot of  colours on the spectrum.

Bondi sells for $15, making it pricey to a US market.  Is it worth it?  Well to me, and my UK prices, yes.  I didn't wear it long enough to test the chip resistant aspect, but everything about this did scream quality product - beautifully creamy, effortless application, smooth and glossy.   And would I put my hand in my pocket to buy more?  Yes, I would, so it's a thumbs up from me.

This product was sent to me for my honest review - enjoy xx :)
