Bella & Edward - Essence Nail Art Twins

Nails I Love

ESSENCE NAIL TWINS – Bella & Edward

Hiiiii Goddesses

Wow, what a start to the evening!  I just got home to find that I have 10 new followers on my Facebook page and 20 – yes, 20! – on my blog.  Wow, for a little Crumpet that’s a HUGE day in BlogLand.  Thank you to everyone who has joined the subtle madness J

Yesterday, I knew my condemnation of MODELS OWN Aqua Violet would be a little bit controversial, and it was.  I am possibly the only person in the universe who hates it lol, but I don’t mind that.  I couldn’t *wait* to get it off, and to calm my stressed cuticles I turned to …. 1 of the 3 pairs of Essence Nail Art twins which arrived over the weekend.

I started with Bella & Edward because Beth is obsessed with Twilight.  Well, I’ll be honest, I didn’t really have any choice, and as much as I hated Aqua Violet, I have LOVED LOVED LOVED wearing this pair today J  I make no apology for spamming the hell out of you with these photos – this is ENTRANCING.

Bella herself is a jade green crème, not particularly shiny.  I don’t own any colours like this (as I don’t like green nails lol) but I have found this colour quite arresting, especially with my paler than pale skin.

Edward, ah Edward … he makes me sigh almost as much as does in the films!  Well, Edward is just a DELIGHT!  He is an amazing glitter-sparkle, a green and silver kaleidoscope, and a holographic hynotiser.  Wowzers, he is on FIRE !!!

I don’t think I own a single other polish as glittery as Edward.  He is a mix of holographic silver and jade green sparkle – some tiny dots, some medium dots, some medium squares.  He catches the light UNIMAGINABLY and is forever twinkling and dancing on your fingers.  I have literally been hypnotised by his beauty today.  I have found myself staring at my nails over and over.  So sooooo beautiful.

The combination of Bella & Edward is breathtaking.  There is almost a fluorescence to some of the glitter – it blackens in some lights and gleams with fire in others.  It dances in a million different ways.

This polish, Goddesses, is an immortal love.

Enjoy xx J

Top Tip – if you’re ever unsure what a nail colour looks like, go to Google images, which will give you plenty of contrasts and compares.
