#52WPNMC - Camouflage - Pahlish Petropolis

Hi Goddesses

Wuff, it's a busy week.  It's almost inconvenient to do these nail art posts as well lol.  But I'm glad I am, as I LURVE today's.

Camo patterns are REALLY easy to do because they fall into that non-exact / messy category of nail art which I so love. I particularly love camo patterns when they are in unexpected colours - such as this one.

For weeks now, I knew what I was going to do for this prompt.  I have a top which has a camo-ish pattern on it using white, beige, dark brown, reddish-orange and bright pink.  Perfect!

For the eagle-eyed amongst you, this is not that pattern.  Why?  Well because I couldn't be bothered to get my arse out of the chair in the nail room to find a dark brown polish.  True life tragedy.  Instead, I extended my hand 2 inches to the left and picked 3 polishes from my birthday treat box.

So, instead, we have an all Pahlish camo, over a white base.  We have the creamy beige Shallow Lands, the lovely muted pink of Move Slow and Steady, and the SCREAMING OUT LOUD amazeballness of Petropolis.   I did my pattern with a 00 size nail brush.

Now for the tragedy.  My camera hates Petropolis. Me, I think I might wear it for life.  It's a tropical violet-magenta, very similar to Sarey's Berry (which my camera didnt' like either), and in real life this mani POPS with crazy fuchsianess and leans far less blue.

Other than that, I LOVES IT !!!!!
