The Polish Bar - Spring Pastel Holo Collection 2014

Hi Goddesses

How's your weekend?  I hope it's good!  I had the best intentions yesterday and then just Could NOT Be Bothered lol, so absolutely no blogging happened in this house.  Instead I started watching True Detective and managed to watch 6 of the 8 episodes (I'll be watching the other 2 much later when I've been a good girl and done some blogging), and have been blown away by Mathew McConaughey's performance.

Anywho, back to the polishes, and this might just be my favourite collection from The Polish Bar to date.  Not because I think they are my favourite colours, but because they just work so well together as a collection.  As you can see from this skittle, it's like they were MADE for each other.

We start with Magic Mint, a lovely cashmere soft baby green.  This is super delicate and super gorgeous.

You know me and greens don't always get on, but this in the tones that I CAN wear, and it is beautiful.

Sheer Rose is, for me, more lilac than rose, albeit pink-tinged.   Again, soft as a baby's bottom.

I think that's the thing I love most about this collection - how all the shades are pastels but super soft, like ickle baby holo animals.

And then my favourite, Serene Sky, with accent nails of Jardin - see what I mean about how well this collection blends?

Serene Sky is beautiful, and I really don't have a shade like it.  It's part grey, part soft blue, and just the tiniest hint of lavender too.  There is nothing bright about this polish, and I think that's what I like most - its sense of tranquility.

These polishes were sent to me for an honest review.  You can buy them all HERE and follow on Facebook HERE.

If you love The Polish Bar, stay tuned, as a Crumpet Chats To will be appearing very soon (if I can avoid True Detective long enough).
