Darling Diva Polish - Rooms On Fire

Hi Goddesses

We bring Darling Diva Polish Week to an end with my FAVOURITE polish from The White Witch Collection.  It's safe to say, come December, when I am writing my end of year posts, this WILL be there in my Top 10 of the year.  Prepare for all breath and drool to leave your body ....

This is Rooms On Fire, and I distinctly remember gasping so hard I almost dropped it as I was unwrapping my review package.  This is just a stunner of a colour.

ROF sits on a berry-pink-red-magenta axis, not fully committed to one, but all the more loveable for being such a shameless charlatan!   The colour ... wow, I just ...  I could stare at it all day.  It just has so much kapow!

I love colours like this.  This for me is an instant happy polish.  Need a pick me up tonic?  Wear Rooms On Fire.  As you know, I've felt rotten lately, but the day I wore this, it did make the world more bearable :)

And that's before we get to the holo.  The holo just tips this into stratosphere.   Pure unadulterated colour meets pure exquisite light and creates something almost holy.  Divine.

My nail art on this one ... I'm undecided how I feel.  I decided to add matte top coat, and then stamp back over it, to create a half-holo, half-matte manicure.

I used MoYou Sailor plate 07, and for me, this is less than the sum of it's great parts.  It doesn't grab me as it should.  Maybe the pattern is too swirly for the holo.  I don't know.  I still love the concept, I just need to find a better execution.

So that's it, that's all of them, all of the wicked wonder of The White Witch Collection.   Which was your favourite?  I can't pick one, but Nightbird and Rooms On Fire are probably my joint faves, with the 2 dark purples just behind.   You can buy all these lovelies in Carrie's store here.
