Crumpet Reviews - Fake Tattoos

Hi Goddesses

Happy weekend!  We start with some nail tattoos which I was sent for review by Fake Tattoos.  They have a great website, which you can see HERE.

I've never used tattoos or wraps before, so I was a bit wary of trying these, which is why I think I kept putting it off!  I have to say though, there were really easy to apply.  You cut out the pattern you want, place it on your nail, apply a wet cloth or piece of tissue, and after a little while, you lift your cloth off and the backing paper comes away, leaving the pattern on your nail.

Let's say it - if it's so simple even I can do it, it's simple enough for everyone to do!  They're a great option for people who maybe don't want to get into stamping or nail art, but would still like to fancy their manis up some.

This KIKO skittle is the first one I did - you can see the present is a little wobbly - I think that's cos I moved my hand during the transfer process.

For my second attempt, I deliberately tried to create some art, and went for this oceanic KIKO gradient using KIKO 644 and 637.  I love it!

I didn't feel confident enough to use more than one tattoo on each nail, but that's me.  I'm sure with practice I would.

All in all, this is a really great product, and my only negative is that I think I would like the backing paper to be a bit thinner, to allow you more dexterity in where you place the tattoo.  Other than that, no complaints at all.

You can check out the full range of products HERE.

These products were sent to me for my honest review - enjoy!  xx  :)
