Review - CIRQUE Lapis and Debris

Hi Goddesses

You may have heard me mention Sally Magpies a lot lately.  She's an awesome lady who is kind of becoming the UK version of Llarowe, and bringing loads of awesome brands to the UK.

The latest brand to hit her website (HERE) is Cirque, and Sally sent me 3 to review.  The eagle-eyed amongst you will notice there are only 2 of those polishes in this post, and that's because I'm saving the third for Work Wear Wednesday.

So first up we have Lapis, a stunning blue glitter.  I struggled to build opacity with this ... until I shook the bottle.... sigh .. there really is no hope for me sometimes :)

This is darker and slightly less glittery than the blue OPI Liquid Sand, but it does have texture, and if you don't top coat it, it does have a slightly matte appearance.

The granules in this are quite interesting, and have a coarse sugary effect at times.  The top coat helps them dazzle and razzle in the light, and there's lots of movement with this polish too.

Debris, however, is much closer to my heart.  Beautiful though Lapis is, she doesn't speak to my soul like Debris does.

Debris is an amazing chunky black glitter, with random silver pieces, all submerged in a sparkly syrup.  This is dark magic.

For me, this looks like space junk, all broken metals and satellite parts.  Sally says it reminds her of broken mirrors, and I see that too.

I layered this over Sally Hansen Plum's The Word, purely because I didn't want to layer it over a more obvious colour - suffice to say, I see this a LOT in my future lol.

Enjoy, and I'll see you on Wednesday with the 3rd polish xx :)

These polishes were sent to me for an honest review.
